Anchoridge Counselling Services is a growing mental health practice dedicated to accessible, compassionate, and community-centered care. As we continue to expand our presence across Ontario, we are looking for a Field Marketing Coordinator who enjoys being out in the community and building meaningful connections.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, field-based marketing role focused on strengthening Anchoridge's presence through community outreach, partnerships, and on-ground promotion.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, personable, and comfortable representing a mental health brand in professional and community settings.

Location & Hours

Field-based role across London, Waterloo, and Oakville

  • Must be able to commute between cities
  • Minimum 20 hours per week guaranteed
  • Some flexibility in scheduling required

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person outreach to clinics, universities, wellness centers, and community organizations
  • Represent Anchoridge at community events, wellness fairs, and networking opportunities
  • Build and maintain referral relationships with local partners
  • Distribute marketing materials and manage on-ground brand presence
  • Gather community feedback and insights to support marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with the internal team on campaigns and outreach initiatives

Who We're Looking For

Comfortable with field work and travel

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Organized, reliable, and self-motivated

  • Interest or background in mental health, healthcare, or community work is a strong asset
  • Previous marketing, outreach, or sales experience is a plus (but not required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$21.23 per hour
