As a Global Benefits HR Advisor, you'll be responsible for making sure the employees are well taken care of. And we don't just mean the less exciting stuff like health insurance and retirement plans (although that's important too, don't get us wrong). We're talking about benefits that will make our employees say, "Wow, this company really knows how to look after us"You'll be the one coming up with crazy ideas like "Bring Your Pet to Work Day" (as long as it's not a crocodile - safety first, people) and "Free Ice Cream Fridays." You'll be the mastermind behind the annual parties," which may or may not involve a giant inflatable hamster ball race (they haven't decided yet, but open to suggestions).However, it's not all fun and games - you'll also need to be able to handle the serious stuff too.
