As a Global Benefits HR Advisor, you'll be responsible for making sure the employees are well taken care of. And we don't just mean the less exciting stuff like health insurance and retirement plans (although that's important too, don't get us wrong). We're talking about benefits that will make our employees say, "Wow, this company really knows how to look after us"You'll be the one coming up with crazy ideas like "Bring Your Pet to Work Day" (as long as it's not a crocodile - safety first, people) and "Free Ice Cream Fridays." You'll be the mastermind behind the annual parties," which may or may not involve a giant inflatable hamster ball race (they haven't decided yet, but open to suggestions).However, it's not all fun and games - you'll also need to be able to handle the serious stuff too. You'll be working closely with the HR team to ensure that our employees are getting the best benefits possible, whether that's negotiating with insurance providers or analyzing data to make sure we're offering the most competitive plans. Requirementswhat are we looking for in a Global Benefits HR Advisor? First and foremost, you've got to have a sense of humor. We want someone who can make us laugh, even when we're knee -deep in spreadsheets and data analysis.
