As a Health Solutions Consultant, you will serve as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals within your designated territory. You will engage directly with physicians and allied healthcare providers to deliver education, resources, and value-added programs that support the appropriate and safe use of therapies. This role blends relationship management, strategic planning, and consultative selling, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact on both clinical practice and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with a territory-specific panel of physicians and healthcare professionals through in-person, virtual, and phone interactions.
- Deliver fair, balanced, and compliant education on therapeutic areas, products, and health solutions to support informed clinical decision-making.
- Plan, develop, and execute educational and promotional initiatives tailored to customer needs and practice priorities.
- Identify opportunities to partner with healthcare professionals by understanding their challenges, goals, and patient populations.
- Manage territory administration, reporting, and CRM activities to meet internal standards and timelines.
- Develop and execute an annual territory business plan aligned with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Education in Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years' experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consultative sales environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term professional relationships and manage multiple priorities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
