Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Counter Staff to join our team. As a vital part of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for the food industry.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter and dining area.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Assist in food preparation as needed in the kitchen area.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

  • Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.
