Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Server/Bartender located in Toronto, ON. The Server/Bartender will be responsible for providing attentive and friendly service, taking and delivering orders, preparing beverages, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Additional responsibilities include explaining menu items to guests, handling payments accurately, and maintaining clear communication with the kitchen and other team members. The role also involves creating a welcoming and energetic environment for all guests.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills
  • Experience in food and beverage service, including taking orders and serving meals
  • Knowledge of bartending, including drink preparation and menu recommendations
  • Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required
