Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Coordinator to join our team in Canada. In this role, you will manage billing processes, ensure accuracy in financial transactions, and support our company's commitment to operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process billing activities using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and PeopleSoft.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of billing data.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records of all financial transactions.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports related to billing.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries related to billing.
  • Contribute to process improvements for billing procedures.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience with accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, and PeopleSoft.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation.
  • Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.
  • Ability to analyze financial data accurately.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Professional attitude with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
