We are seeking a highly analytical and consultative Cards Product Portfolio Insights Manager to join our team. This role is strictly focused on identifying and delivering keen product life cycle trends, deep-dive analyses, and performance insights across our entire payment portfolio, with a specific focus on credit card and rewards portfolios. The manager will be responsible for providing the analytical foundation needed by Product Managers and other stakeholders to formulate strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, deep domain expertise in cards product marketing, and exceptional communication skills to translate complex trends into actionable intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Portfolio Life Cycle Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis across the card and rewards portfolios to identify keen product life cycle trends, emerging risks, and performance shifts. Define, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide a transparent and data-driven view of product health, competitive movements, and market shifts for stakeholders to dig into.
- Subject Matter Expertise & Stakeholder Enablement: Serve as the dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product marketing within the Cards product team . Provide specialized consultation and analytical support to Product Managers, Marketing, and Growth teams, ensuring all product and campaign decisions are grounded in robust performance data and lifecycle insights.
- Campaign Reporting & Performance Insights: Develop, automate, and deliver comprehensive reporting on marketing campaign performance, providing clear insights into channel effectiveness, customer acquisition/retention patterns, and the long-term life cycle impact of campaigns on the financial product portfolios.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary analytical partner and liaison, translating complex business questions from Product, Marketing, and Growth teams into analytical frameworks and presenting trends in a clear, compelling manner.
- Forecasting and Modeling: Support annual planning and forecasting cycles by developing models to project future product performance based on identified life cycle trends for the credit card, debit, prepaid, wallet, and merchant services lines of business.
- Data Integrity & Alignment : Ensure data consistency and accuracy across reporting and metrics
