In this role, you will engage consumers directly, educating them on President's Choice Financial Products and fostering strong brand connections within retail environments.

Compensation: Base pay + commission

Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers on the benefits and features of President's Choice Financial products.
  • Assess customer needs to provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promote brand advocacy.
  • Engage creatively with customers to communicate product advantages.
  • Establish lasting relationships with store staff and collaborate effectively.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care.
  • Generate excitement around the brand through expert knowledge and advocacy.

Requirements

Keys to success:

  • Outgoing, personable, and enjoys engaging with customers
  • Experience in customer service or sales is an asset
  • Ability to convey key messages effectively
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
  • Willingness to complete a criminal background check
