We're looking for a CAD Technician who's fast, accurate, and knows how to turn engineers' sketches and markups into clean, buildable drawings.

What we're looking for:

  • College or university graduate in civil, structural, or drafting technology — or equivalent experience (a strong high school grad who's genuinely good at CAD is fine by us).
  • Fluent in AutoCAD 2D; experience in 3D is a bonus.
  • Able to interpret and develop drawings from engineer sketches, redlines, and markups — with attention to detail and layout quality.
  • Solid understanding of civil and structural works — grading, servicing, framing, rebar, etc. — so you can catch inconsistencies, ask questions, or fill in the obvious details.
  • Comfortable coordinating with engineers to clarify intent and keep drawings consistent across sheets and projects.
  • Organized, accurate, and able to work efficiently without constant supervision.
