Our focus on the Growth Mindset, Strength Based Education, the use of Zones of Regulation and Social Thinking are a few of the ways in which we achieve this goal.

Our teachers work together to ensure that all children-from gifted students to average learners to those needing more support-are taught in ways that enable them to succeed. This flexibility in determining what works best for each student is admired and appreciated by our parents.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Following daily lesson plans left by the teaching staff.

· Teaching a full range of subject areas including Language Arts, Science, Social Studies and Mathematics, Physical Education and Technology.

· Following teaching parameters indicated in student IEPs.

· Maintaining productive working habits and discipline in the classroom.

· Supervising students throughout the day, both in the classroom and outside during breaks.

· Recording students' educational progress throughout the day.

· Leaving communication for the homeroom teacher regarding the day.

Salary: Daily Supply Rate is $200.00 for a full day.
