Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage tax advisory engagements across multiple industries.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive tax strategies for transactions, reorganizations, and compliance matters.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct thorough tax research and present innovative, actionable solutions to clients.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth and high performance.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Drive operational efficiency and identify performance improvement opportunities within the team.


Skills & Experience Required
  • Credentials: CPA designation required; completion of the CPA In-Depth Tax or MTax program preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in public accounting.
  • Client Expertise: Proven ability to understand and align with client business needs while delivering tailored solutions.
  • Leadership: Strong track record of managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in complex tax matters, with exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
  • Strategic Thinking: Outstanding organizational, project management, and conceptual skills.
  • Bonus: Experience drafting detailed tax memorandums is a strong asset.
