Toronto, Ontario, Canada Info-Tech Research Group Full time

The Technical Counselor (TC) position represents the pinnacle of Info-Tech's advisory services. A dedicated relationship between member and analyst that moves beyond general and industry best practices to practical customization and adoption in the unique context of the member's organization.

The TC Analyst is expected to advise and assist their members by supplementing the best-in-class ITRG research with their own deep professional domain experience. Where gaps in ITRG content are identified it is expected that the TC will help the member co-create the frameworks, processes, procedures, plans and other deliverables required for the member to succeed. The TC will then feed these deliverables back into the ITRG research process to enhance the overall product.

Outwardly the TC Analyst is expected act as a mentor, peer and confidant to their members and as a thought leader in their field. Inwardly, the TC should be the Voice of the Customer and an effective advocate for the enhancement of member experience. Be that evolution or products and services, brand new offerings or general/overall member experience.
