We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic
Technical Program Manager/Technical Business Analyst
to join our team in the web development field. This hybrid role requires the ability to manage complex technical programs & projects while simultaneously analysing business requirements and translating them into actionable plans. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the latest web technologies, leading Digital Marketing platforms, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality web solutions on time and within budget.

You will be a focal point within a multi-disciplined team of Architects, Engineers, UX designers, Web Producers, Marketing Automation specialists, and Technical Program Managers, as well as interact with senior stakeholders from across both business and technology.

Success in this role requires a proactive and positive attitude, a desire to learn, an attention to detail, a client-centric mindset, and a passion for delivering digital experiences that play a key role in promoting a company's brand, culture, solutions, and services.

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Program Management

  • Plan, execute, and oversee website development projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and project plans for stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to the highest quality delivery standards (QA, UAT, performance, resiliency, security)
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Report and escalate any issues to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify, document, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of web projects.

Technical Business Analysis

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for website development projects.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories that can be used by the engineering teams.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
  • Develop and deliver training and documentation to users and stakeholders on new systems and functionalities.

Your Skills And Experience That Will Help You Excel

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Technical Program Manager and/or Technical Business Analyst, within the web development domain.
  • Solid understanding of web development technologies and frameworks, API-based system integrations, leading Cloud providers, and Web Content Management systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile project management and JIRA.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation, CRM and Web Analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
