Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and personable Esthetician to join our skincare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional facial and body treatments, skincare consultations, and body waxing services, ensuring clients receive a relaxing and effective experience. This role offers an opportunity to help clients enhance their natural beauty while maintaining high standards of sanitation and customer service. A strong focus on retail sales and client satisfaction is essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, and skin treatments tailored to individual client needs
  • Provide expert skincare consultations and recommend suitable products and treatments
  • Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met
  • Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client questions or concerns
  • Assist clients with retail product sales to enhance their skincare routines
  • Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
  • Promote ongoing client engagement through personalized recommendations and follow-up appointments

Qualifications

  • Valid state licensure as an Esthetician or Skin Care Specialist
  • Proven experience in skincare treatments, body waxing, and facial procedures preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a spa or salon setting
  • Ability to promote retail sales effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required
