Manufacturing Production Worker (Surrey)

Job Summary

We are a unique manufacturing company specializing in the production of custom-fit earmolds. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production and assembly process, while ensuring that all products meet quality standards. This position requires a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assembly/manufacturing experience is an asset; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • This is an entry level position with an opportunity to grow within our organization

Responsibilities

  • Trim custom earmold impressions to prepare for 3D Scanning. Scan into 3D modelling database system.
  • Operate Dremel tool, buffing machines, and small hand tools to smooth, shape, and core custom earmold products.
  • Prepare custom earmold products for sealant finish and final assembly.
  • Manufacture and assemble accessory components.
  • Clean and prepare manufacturing tools.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards of quality control.
  • Assist with inventory management by replenishing and restocking supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Schedule:

  • Full time hours: 40 hours per week (7-8 hours/day)
  • Shift times are flexible, as long as they are pre-approved and meet full time hours

The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit:

  • Very steady hand coordination with attention to detail and precision.
  • Effective communication with coworkers and management to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Encompass the ability and dexterity to work accurately with very small parts.
  • Capable of working long periods of time at repetitive tasks.
  • Able to work quickly and consistently while maintaining high quality and accurate results.
