What You Will Do
Lead Brand & Client Strategy
Guide corporate and business unit strategy that strengthens market position, drives growth, and improves performance across the organization.
Turn Insights Into Action
Translate consumer, cultural, and market intelligence into clear strategic direction, compelling narratives, and measurable frameworks.
Drive Client and Business Growth
Act as a senior strategic partner to major clients. Lead strategy for pitches, proposals, and new business opportunities.
Digital Marketing Strategies
Develops and leads data driven digital marketing strategies that integrate paid, owned, and earned channels to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and measurable business results
Inspire Great Work
Collaborate with account, creative, and delivery teams to ensure strategy fuels innovative, effective campaigns and solutions.
Shape Strategic Culture
Champion curiosity, strategic thinking, and creative excellence across the agency.
What You Bring
8 plus years in strategy or account planning within an advertising or marketing agency
Strong experience in digital strategy, brand strategy, and performance focused marketing
Background in consumer electronics, communications, or technology sectors is a strong asset
Ability to turn research and data into clear insights and visually compelling presentations
Confidence presenting to senior clients and influencing executive stakeholders
Deep understanding of multichannel marketing ecosystems
Strong grasp of KPIs, analytics, and insight led optimization
Work Environment
This role follows a hybrid model with in office collaboration several days per week, along with flexibility for remote work depending on business needs.
