Spa Housekeeping

**Job Summary**

**Main Duties**:

- Perform laundry duties such as loading washer and dryer and folding laundry and re-stocking all areas with required linen.
- Clean specific areas routinely.
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the common areas (lounge, change rooms, etc.) and treatment rooms.
- Check and maintain stock of treatment room supplies, change room supplies and amenities.
- Assist in the setup, breakdown & cleaning of treatment rooms before and after services when needed.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure timely service delivery while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the spa environment.
- Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
- Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service is essential for success in this role.
