Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver large scale initiatives across digital transformation. This role requires expertise in Scaled Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, as well as strong stakeholder management, financial oversight, and multi-vendor coordination. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, results-driven leader, and problem-solver who can mobilize teams, manage complex integrations, and drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale enterprise programs across fintech, IT, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from planning and execution to risk management and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies, ensuring smooth program execution.
- Manage financials, budgeting, and cost optimization, delivering projects within budget and on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors to align project goals with business objectives.
- Champion Agile and SAFe methodologies, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop and refine governance structures, ensuring transparency, accountability, and seamless execution.
- Lead contract negotiations and vendor management, ensuring service quality and compliance with SLAs.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams, providing strategic recommendations and driving process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership in project implementation, with a track record of delivering large-scale digital initiatives.
- Exceptional proactive communication and leadership skills, with a history of leading high-performing teams.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and engaging with multiple business units.
- Ability to drive process improvements, implement governance frameworks, and ensure standardization across multiple initiatives.
- Strong expertise in IT, digital infrastructure, ERP/CRM implementation
- Experience working with cloud technologies, data analytics, and enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Background in consulting/technology industries is a plus.
- Experience in managing large multi-million-dollar value projects including capex and opex budgeting.
- Certified in SAFe Scrum Master, PMP
