Demolition Foreman

Branco Management Inc. is hiring an experience Demolition Foreman to lead and manage demolition crews on industrial, commercial, and residential projects across the New Brunswick and surround provinces. This role involves planning and executing project scopes, managing labor and equipment, and ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and timelines expectations. Ideal or someone with strong leadership skills and hands-on demolition experience.

• 3+ years of experience in demolition or related construction supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of selective and structural demolition processes.
• Proven leadership and crew management skills.
• Proficient with power tools, small equipment, and job site planning.
• Comfortable reading drawings and interpreting project scopes.
• Valid NB Class 5 Drivers License, and reliable transportation.
• Availability to travel for out-of-town work, and work night shifts.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management.
• Experience with abatement or environmental remediation is an asset.

Responsibilities.

• Lead and supervise demolition crews on various project sites.
• Plan, schedule, and execute daily work tasks based on project scope.
• Oversee safety compliance and conduct on-site toolbox talks & hazard assessments.
• Track time, materials, and progress for T&M and contract jobs.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and inspectors.
• Perform hands-on work as needed to meet deadlines.
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized.
