At FlightHub, we are dedicated to ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers. We are looking for a dedicated Refund Specialist to join our Customer Service team. Working closely with Evan, Customer & Partner Relation Lead, you will be responsible for managing and expediting customer refund requests, all the while ensuring our customers are kept informed and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage all customer refund requests, ensuring prompt processing.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers, airlines, internal customer service teams, and wholesalers.
  • Maintain clear and compassionate communication with customers regarding refund statuses.
  • Collaborate with airlines and other third parties to expedite refunds, advocating for the customer's best interests

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Experience in customer service or the travel industry preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Nous recherchons un spécialiste des remboursements dédié pour rejoindre notre équipe du service clientèle. En étroite collaboration avec Evan, responsable des relations avec les clients et les partenaires, vous serez chargé de gérer et d'accélérer les demandes de remboursement des clients, tout en veillant à ce que nos clients soient informés et satisfaits.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Surveiller et gérer toutes les demandes de remboursement des clients, en veillant à leur traitement rapide.
  • Servir de liaison principale entre les clients, les compagnies aériennes, les équipes internes du service clientèle et les grossistes.
  • Maintenir une communication claire et empathique avec les clients concernant l'état d'avancement des remboursements.
  • Collaborer avec les compagnies aériennes et d'autres tiers pour accélérer les remboursements, en défendant les intérêts des clients.

Qualifications :

  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Expérience dans le service à la clientèle ou dans le secteur du voyage préférable.
  • Capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front et à rester organisé dans un environnement dynamique.
