Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented residential Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, and services of windows in residential properties. This role requires a strong understanding of construction principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Have your own tools, truck, crews, ability to perfome measurements of windows and doors (with jamb size, brickmold size, casing size ).

Responsibilities

  • Install, and replace windows according to specifications and building codes. .
  • Utilize various tools and equipment effectively to complete installation tasks.
  • Ensure all installations are plumb, level, and secure for optimal performance.
  • Perform caulking and sealing to prevent air and water leaks.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site, office representatives , to ensure project completion.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.

Skills

  • Proficient in carpentry techniques related to window and doors installation.
  • Strong skills in caulking and sealing for weatherproofing installations.
  • Experience with drywall repair related to window openings.
  • Knowledge of construction painting techniques for finishing touches post-installation (if need it)
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
