We are looking for a passionate Full-time Spa Receptionist to contribute to our Spa & Wellness Clinic operations by delivering excellent customer service at our Lakeshore location. As the first person our members see in our Spa & Wellness Clinic, you are the face of Mayfair Clubs and are relied upon to develop rapport and provide courteous, professional customer service.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Greeting and Assisting Members: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all members, responding to their inquiries in person and over the phone.
• Scheduling and Services: Manage all client bookings and schedules for our diverse team of practitioners, which includes wellness experts (Athletic Therapists, Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, and Registered Massage Therapists) as well as our beauty specialists (Hair Stylists and Estheticians).
• Sales and Promotion: Recommend and sell our full range of services and products, and stay up to date on our offerings through ongoing training.
• Administrative and Support Tasks: Maintain accurate client files and assist our practitioners with pre- and post-treatment procedures.
• Inventory and Supplies Management: Oversee all aspects of inventory for professional products and supplies. This includes monitoring stock levels, proactively refilling product bottles and supplies for all practitioners, and collaborating on monthly inventory audits to support an efficient ordering system.
• General Spa Upkeep: Assist with the general upkeep of the spa, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming for members.
• Cross-Functional Support: Be prepared to take on other duties as needed, including supporting the front desk and back office to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Relevant Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a fast-paced customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a spa, clinic, or medical setting.
• Specialized Knowledge: Proficiency with medical billing and group benefits is required.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional customer service and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with members and our team.
• Adaptability & Collaboration: The ability to work and communicate effectively across multiple departments and assist with varied tasks, from front desk support to back office and practitioner assistance.
• Organizational Skills: A high attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must for managing multiple responsibilities, including scheduling, inventory, and administrative tasks.
• Flexibility: Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
