Summary

'We are seeking a dedicated Administration/Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Canada.

'Responsibilities''

  • Oversee talent acquisition processes including recruiting and employee sourcing.
  • Facilitate employee relations and communication across teams.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
  • Support payroll processing and HR compliance activities.
  • Assist in project management related to HR initiatives.
  • Maintain data collection and entry accuracy.
  • Collaborate with management to improve HR policies and procedures.'
  • Answer phone calls/emails, manage inquiries, with professionalism.
  • Process onboarding and offboarding documentation; ensure new staff have required credentials and training.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Help track attendance, schedules, and timesheets.
  • Support employee relations by providing information, answering questions, and referring issues to HR leadership when needed.
  • Prepare correspondence, forms, reports, and internal communications.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring organization and accuracy.
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
  • Support general office operations (ordering supplies, managing vendors, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and employee relations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Prior experience with payroll systems such as ADP is a plus.
  • A relevant degree or certification in Human Resources or related field.'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00-$66,417.50 per year
