Overview

We are seeking a talented and professional Aesthetician to join our dynamic team at our Aesthetic Clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare, cosmetic treatments, and client service, with the ability to deliver exceptional aesthetic care in a welcoming environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize advanced techniques such as dermal fillers, Botox, laser treatments, and more, while providing personalized solutions to enhance clients' natural beauty. Experience with salon management software and social media management is preferred to help promote services and engage with clients effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser treatments, body waxing, and hair threading.
  • Provide specialized services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, hair extensions, and straight razor shaves.
  • Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products and treatment packages tailored to client needs.
  • Deliver exceptional guest services through personalized consultations and effective communication skills.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatment areas following industry regulations.
  • Utilize salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling appointments, client management, and record keeping.
  • Engage in social media management by posting product demos, promotions, and client success stories to attract new clients.
  • Assist with front desk duties including booking appointments, answering inquiries, and managing guest flow.
  • Upsell additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Stay current on industry trends such as tattooing techniques, esthetic laser treatments, nail care, and color theory to provide innovative services.

Requirements

  • Valid Cosmetology or Esthetician license required; additional certifications in Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments preferred.Highly proficient in operating a full range of core aesthetic devices, including but not limited to : Ultherapy, RF microneedling, IPL, Picosecond Lasers and etc.
  • Familiarity with salon management systems ; experience with salon software is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
  • Ability to perform retail sales and upselling techniques confidently while maintaining excellent guest relations.
  • Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills; hospitality experience is beneficial for guest engagement.
