They must be able to form a connection with their clients and provide the best treatment plans for their skin or hair needs. They must also believe in lifelong learning and aim to grow personally and professionally with us.

Primary Requirements:
~ Ability to preform medical grade Facials
~ Able to determine Chemical peels for all skin types and conditions to treat.
~Understanding the reasons why Microneedling is beneficial to client.
~ An Understanding of the depths in Microneedling to why you treat a certain skin condition.
~Understanding Dermaplaning steps
~ Understanding radio frequency and skin tightening. Explain the benefits why radio frequency is used.
~Able to perform Laser hair removal on all body parts.
**Each treatment needs to have some knowledge of how and why it works. However, we will provide training on all treatments.
~ Interest in furthering professional education

~ Good time management, clinical reasoning and problem solving skills.

~ Exceptional work ethic, interpersonal skills & ability to build client rapport.

~ A Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for your clients.

~ Performance oriented with an openness to discuss & implement performance goals.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
