Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations with pre-qualified, warm leads.
  • Apply digital marketing, social media, and content strategies to attract clients and partnerships.
  • Build authentic relationships and establish long-term partnerships with clients.

  • Collaborate effectively within a professional, global support team.

What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications)

  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in a leadership capacity, with a demonstrated passion for coaching and developing talent.
  • A strong, genuine passion for personal and leadership development, coaching, training, or online learning.
  • Positive, proactive, and results-driven mindset with excellent self-management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and professional skills.
