We are seeking a Concierge to join our downtown Toronto team. This role provides a welcoming and professional presence at the property, ensuring exceptional service to tenants, visitors, and the public. This role is responsible for creating a safe and secure environment, supporting property operations, and assisting with administrative and property management duties. The Concierge plays a key role in maintaining the property's standards while facilitating smooth operations and positive tenant experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, visitors, and brokers, delivering outstanding customer service.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring the property, taking proactive measures to protect tenants, visitors, and the premises.
- Conduct tours of vacant spaces in coordination with brokers and prospective tenants.
- Perform administrative tasks, including tracking property systems, processes, and tenant requests.
- Assist with property management duties, including supporting capital initiatives and ongoing operational projects.
- Coordinate appointments and access with contractors for landlord and tenant requirements.
- Support communication between tenants, property management, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES
- Previous experience in customer service, security, or property management preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies or unexpected situations.
- Basic administrative skills, including familiarity with property management systems and office software.
- A proactive, service-oriented attitude with a commitment to enhancing tenant experience and property operations.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
