As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in promoting individual insurance products and services to independent financial advisors through the network of independent advisors (Managing General Agents). You will also be responsible for developing business relationships with these advisors as well as with the administrative staff of the MGA offices.

As a Sales Associate, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to develop and execute action plans to achieve objectives.
- Deliver and facilitate training sessions (in-person and virtual) on iA products, sales concepts, and digital tools.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors through calls, in-person meetings, and video conferences.
- Prepare and lead sales campaigns and prospecting initiatives.
- Participate in events, conferences, and roadshows (including evenings and weekends).
- Analyze sales reports to identify strategic opportunities.

- Recognized for adaptability and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings for networking events.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual.
- Highly autonomous and proactive, while being able to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools, including illustration software and virtual platforms.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in life insurance, ideally in individual insurance, with solid product knowledge (disability insurance: an asset).
- Available for frequent travel (personal vehicle required).
- Advanced level of french, as you will communicate daily with french-speaking clients via emails and calls.
