In this role, you will create and maintain modern, high-performance websites while incorporating AI-powered tools that improve customer engagement, streamline booking systems, and support data-driven marketing campaigns. Your work will directly impact the future of patient experiences in one of Canada's leading medical aesthetic clinics.
This is not a typical web developer job. You will work closely with our marketing and clinical teams to design AI-driven solutions that bring automation, personalization, and intelligence to our digital platforms.
What You Will Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites.
- Integrate AI workflows, chatbots, and automation tools into the customer journey.
- Develop custom backend services to support AI features.
- Connect web platforms with CRM and booking systems.
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO and GEO scalability, and security.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to track and analyze lead generation funnels.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in web development, AI, and healthcare tech.
What We Are Looking For:
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- 3+ years of proven web development experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Knowledge of SEO and GEO, and website performance tuning.
- Experience with CRM and booking system integrations.
- Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make).
- Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with React, , or Angular. Backend experience with or Python (FastAPI/Flask).
- Strong knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs and system integrations.
- Experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
