We are a growing BC business and one of Canada's leading manufacturers of nutritional supplements, dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of our customers.
In this role you will:
- Perform physical and chemical analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, packaging materials, and finished products, utilizing UHPLC, HPLC, GC, UV/VIS, FTIR, titrations, Karl Fischer, pH meter, density meter, and other instruments
- Log samples for testing, co-ordinate transport of samples, and input results using LIMS
- Maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, and operate laboratory equipment
- Participate in scheduled cleaning and other laboratory housekeeping duties
- Coordinate with manufacturing for sample workflow; provide support for various manufacturing and validation processes
You have:
- A degree in Chemistry or a related field
- Minimum 4 year of experience in an analytical lab preferred
- HPLC, GC, and other instrumentation experience will be considered an asset
- The ability to quickly refocus your attention throughout the day based on the priorities of the department
