This position will be located in the London head office.
We are looking for a Client Service Processor (4 months Contract).
The position will be responsible for the timely digital distribution of documents, cheques and emails to the Savings, Retirement Income, and Quadrus team members. The successful candidate will work closely with other teams within Wealth Management.
What you will do
- Triage incoming mail and faxes for the wealth teams within time standards
- Work closely with other admin areas regarding inter-team paperwork
- Assist with non-financial processing when required, while meeting service standard deadlines.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss efficiencies and work on improving processes.
- Provide support for small projects, as required
- Monitor and manage the team shared email boxes
- Responsible for workflow distribution on new imaging system (enhanced computer skills are necessary)
What you will bring
- Excellent organizational skills
- Analytical and detail oriented
- On Base (imaging system) experience an asset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal and team building skills
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required, as the position will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking need
The base salary for this position is between $36,100 - $48,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
