About the Role

We're seeking a
Middle Office Supervisor
to oversee post-trade operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of trading activities across multiple markets. This role will be key in bridging the front office (trading) and back office (accounting/settlements), ensuring efficient trade capture, validation, and settlement processes.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in finance, hands-on experience with trade settlements, and enjoys working closely with traders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Operations

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of trades — from execution to settlement — ensuring accuracy and completeness across systems.
  • Supervise trade capture, validation, and reconciliation processes, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with traders, finance, and external counterparties to ensure smooth settlement and reporting.
  • Maintain daily and monthly reporting of trading activities, including P&L summaries and exposure metrics.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls and enhance automation where possible.

Controls & Compliance

  • Maintain robust internal controls for trading activities and support adherence to company policies and market regulations.
  • Review trade data for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with trading limits.
  • Support audits and ensure readiness for internal and external reviews.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as the primary point of contact between traders, finance, and operations teams.
  • Supervise a small team responsible for trade confirmations, settlements, and reporting.
  • Provide mentorship, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all middle office processes.
