Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience cooking in a high-volume environment
  • Experience with Italian cuisine, dough stretching and/or pizza experience is a huge asset
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently while multi-tasking and maintaining high food standards
  • An understanding of first in – first out procedure and pride in maintaining an organized workstation
  • A positive attitude
