Duties

- Provide a wide range of esthetic services to clients, including facials, relaxation massage, waxing, and any additional training such as reflexology, reiki, threading is a benefit.

- Conduct consultations with clients to determine their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments

- Educate our clients regarding treatments or products to enhance the client's experience.

- Educate our clients on proper skincare routines and recommend products for at-home use

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly sanitized

- Collaborate with other team members to create amazing wellness opportunities

- Stay up-to-date on the holistic treatments and techniques in esthetics through ongoing training and professional development

Skills

- Hospitality: Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients

- Sales: Ability to promote and sell services and retail products

- Upselling: Skillful in recommending additional services or products to enhance the client's experience

- Guest services: Ability to address client concerns, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations

- Retail sales: Experience in selling natural products to our guests

- Product demos: Ability to demonstrate the use of skincare products to clients

- Body waxing: Proficient in performing body waxing services with attention to detail and client comfort

- Passion for holistic well-being and commitment to our clients satisfaction.
