Our platforms and services span Education Process Outsourcing (EPO), Online Program Management (OPM), Employer Services, and Student Recruitment.

Role Overview

We are seeking a business-driven, strategic leader to serve as Vice President – Strategic Growth & Partnerships, Canada. Based preferably out of Vancouver, this executive role will be responsible for driving sales and partnerships across MSM Unify's key service verticals with a strong focus on business development, institutional engagement, and public-private collaboration. You will directly contribute to MSM Unify's Canadian growth strategy by spearheading revenue generating initiatives and building long-term relationships across education, industry, and government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Education Process Outsourcing (EPO)

  • Drive institutional partnerships for white-labeled student recruitment, admissions support, and agent engagement solutions
  • Pitch MSM Unify's EPO model to Canadian colleges and universities seeking global student diversification

Online Program Management (OPM)

  • Collaborate with Canadian institutions to take programs online for domestic and international audiences

Transnational Education (TNE)

  • Expand global delivery partnerships through joint programs, articulation pathways, and overseas centers
  • Position Canadian institutions as transnational education leaders through MSM Unify platforms Student Recruitment
  • Build university/college tie-ups to scale international student recruitment pipelines
  • Drive agency relationships, recruitment campaigns, and admissions marketing strategies

Government Contracts

  • Identify and secure contracts with provincial/federal agencies for skill development, global talent, and educational diplomacy
  • Respond to RFPs and lead consortia for large-scale public-private initiatives in workforce development and education access

Employer Services

  • Engage Canadian employers across sectors to place international students, build co- op/internship pipelines, and source talent ethically
  • Design industry-academia partnerships to solve workforce gaps through global talent

Candidate Profile

  • 12–15+ years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or partnerships in education, EdTech, government, or workforce domains
  • Proven ability to close multi-stakeholder deals and navigate institutional decision-making
