What you'll do

  • Perform non-ablative laser/light treatments (e.g., hair removal, skin rejuvenation) following physician-approved protocols.
  • Deliver confident, caring consultations: eligibility, contraindications, informed consent, and pre/post-care education.
  • Multitask and operate effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and warmth.
  • Document thoroughly in our EMR (photos, parameters, batch/lot numbers, notes) and escalate concerns promptly.
  • Maintain laser safety standards; keep rooms spotless and well-stocked.
  • Support admin tasks as needed (scheduling assistance, client follow-ups, chart updates, inventory checks).
  • Collaborate with the team—and also work independently—to deliver a five-star client experience.

What you bring (must-haves)

  • Positive, outgoing personality that genuinely loves connecting with clients.
  • Multitasking ability and a calm, professional demeanor under time pressure.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Tech-comfortable (EMR/clinic software, photography).
  • Availability on Saturdays.
  • Works well individually and as part of a team.

Nice to have (assets, not mandatory)

  • Prior laser/aesthetics experience or formal laser/skin therapy training.
  • Second language.

Schedule & location

Flexible full-time or part-time roles; Saturdays required.
