All duties for a parts and service administrator
-Answering phones and dealing with walk in parts/service customers
-Helping technicians with parts look up
-Looking up parts and preparing parts and service quotes
-Ordering parts
-Invoicing parts and service orders
-Customer quote follow ups
-Warranty for parts and service
-Shipping and receiving
-Inventory control
-Monitor/track fleet vehicle service intervals and schedule maintenance and repairs as required
-Other office duties as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
