About the Role

We are looking for a trustworthy, reliable AZ/DZ driver to drive and operate a Vacuum Truck, operating Monday through Friday, with the possibility of Saturday work. As a Vacuum Truck Operator Trainee, you will learn how to:
  • Operate and drive vacuum trucks servicing industrial sectors, wastewater and water industries, as well as hydro-excavation projects;
  • Perform pre-trip, on route and post-trip inspections, and oversee all aspects of the vehicle, vehicle systems and equipment;
  • Assist in loading, unloading and handling vacuum hoses (lifting up to 50 pounds);
  • Complete all required documentation;
  • Operate safely and efficiently. 

About You
Your education, skills and experience include:
  • Valid AZ/DZ license;
  • Willingness to travel to projects across Ontario;
  • Ability to drive manual transmission (13, 18-speed) is an asset;
  • Driver's abstract in good standing, with at least two years of commercial experience;
  • Positive attitude.
