Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team for landscape maintenance and snow removal services. This position involves outdoor work throughout the year, including maintaining lawns, gardens, and outdoor areas in warm seasons, and removing snow and ice during the winter months.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding on residential and commercial properties
  • Plant, mulch, and maintain flower beds and shrubs
  • Clean and maintain outdoor areas, including removing debris and trash
  • Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and snow blowers
  • Remove snow and apply salt to walkways, driveways, and parking areas
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Work in varying weather conditions and long/early hours during snow events
  • Utilize software tools to track and maintain operational records
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance

Requirements:

  • Previous landscaping or snow removal experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites or company yard
  • Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during snow events
  • Valid driver's license (required)

Compensation:

  • Hourly wage based on experience
  • Overtime available during peak seasons
  • Seasonal bonuses may apply

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
