Delivery Manager (Capital Markets/Wealth Management)
to oversee the successful execution of projects and initiatives across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, maintaining high-quality standards, and aligning project outcomes with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to define project requirements and delivery plans.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and delivery metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure resource allocation aligns with project needs and business priorities.
- Drive operational excellence and process optimization across delivery teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience within the Capital Markets or Wealth Management space
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in project or delivery management, preferably in technology or consulting environments.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Trello).
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
