Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to define project requirements and delivery plans.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and delivery metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure resource allocation aligns with project needs and business priorities.
  • Drive operational excellence and process optimization across delivery teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience within the Capital Markets or Wealth Management space
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project or delivery management, preferably in technology or consulting environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Trello).
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
