**Straight Truck Delivery Driver Role / Onsite**:
The primary function of this position is to deliver premium beverage to our clients’ customers (businesses and residences across the GTA and Niagara Regions) in accordance with the optimized routing sequence. As a customer facing position, to be successful in this role, the incumbent must have exceptional customer service skills and a drive to provide outstanding, personalized service.
Role Requirements
- Must be 25 years of age (required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience driving a Straight Truck / Heavy Vehicle (required)
- Letter of experience from employer (required)
- Letter of experience from insurer (required)
- Clean driver's abstract - minimum 2 years in Ontario (required)
- Delivery driving experience (preferred)
- Valid Smart Serve Certification
- Ability to lift 70 lbs (frequent lifting between 20-40 lbs)

**Role Responsibilities**:On a daily basis, complete the following duties**:
- Drive the company vehicle ( Straight Truck) following all safety rules, and Ministry of Transportation laws.
- Use the route management system to complete deliveries and adhere to the optimal route schedule.
- Perform the delivery function with a focus on imparting exceptional customer service.
- Address all customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Consistently follow all delivery Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Complete pre-post trip inspection of company vehicle with provided hand-held device, in accordance with the SOP.
- Assist with loading/unloading of items to client/warehouse, using proper safe lifting technique.
- Communicate with the on-duty dispatcher any issues that will compromise delivery success.
- Immediately contact dispatcher when an incident/accident is encountered. Actively participate in accident report completion, to include pictures of the scene, vehicle damages.
- Complete and submit daily documentation.
- Return all undelivered items to the warehouse, prior to shift-end.
- Maintain excellent punctuality and attendance record.
