Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kirkland, QC, for a Country Clinical Quality Manager. The manager will oversee quality and compliance activities within clinical trials, ensuring adherence to company policies, local regulations, and global standards. Responsibilities include managing audit readiness, identifying and resolving quality issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, guiding process improvements, and supporting risk management strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality trial outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial quality management, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in conducting audits, monitoring risk management processes, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in clinical trial processes, document review, and identifying regulatory trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead projects independently, manage tasks proactively, and solve problems efficiently.
- Knowledge of therapeutic areas and experience working within the life sciences or CRO industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
