Looking to join an energetic and dynamic warehouse team? Pet Valu, a specialty retailer of pet food and supplies, is looking for candidates like you
We are looking for a full-time reach truck operator to join our Calgary warehouse team. We have an opening on the night shift
The Shift will require you to be available from Sunday-Thursday 930PM-6AM.
This position pays $19.75/hr plus $2/hr night shift premium
What you will be doing:
- Fill empty overstock or pick locations as required
- Label product
- Ensure product is protected i.e., skid is not overhanging in aisle
- Ensure that right product is being replenished and verified to the right bin location
- Practice FIFO i.e., First In, First Out
- Operate motorized equipment in a safe manner
- Notify the supervisor of any damages, scanning errors, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
- Education & Experience
- High School
- Previous reach truck and cherry picker experience
- Unique Skills:
- Sense of urgency
- Good communication skills
- Willing to take responsibility
- Attention to detail
- Willing and able to follow procedure
- Strong team player
