Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB, for a Beauty Merchandiser. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining the beauty department to optimize product presentation, stock replenishment, and customer shopping experience. The Beauty Merchandiser will collaborate with store staff to ensure product displays are visually appealing, follow marketing guidelines, and align with seasonal trends. Ensuring excellent customer service, assisting with promotional activities, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment are integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Proven customer service experience, with the ability to provide a friendly and helpful in-store experience.
  • Sales and retail skills to drive product awareness and assist customers with purchase decisions.
  • Basic marketing knowledge to execute and maintain promotional displays as per company guidelines.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and weekend availability.
  • Previous experience in a beauty or retail environment is an asset.
