Overview

Growing Auto parts company with 12 years experience in GTA, would like to add new Supply Chain Specialist.

Duties

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes utilizing SAP ERP and other ERP systems to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on purchasing activities, lead times, and delivery schedules to meet production requirements.
  • Support procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, including supplier evaluation and risk management.

  • Participate in cross-functional teams focused on process enhancement, cost reduction, and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supply chain management within manufacturing or related industries.
  • Strong proficiency with SAP ERP or similar ERP systems; experience with SAP Purchasing modules is preferred.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Access to analyze data.
  • Understanding of MRP systems, demand planning, procurement processes, and supply chain best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop strategic solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
