ONE CARE Home & Community Support Services is a community based, charitable, not-for-profit health organization providing caring support services for older adults and those with health challenges in Huron and Perth Counties. Our goal is to help older adults to remain living at home and be active members in our community.

The organization offers various programs, including personal support, homemaking, transportation, meal services, and social/wellness programs, all tailored to meet the community's unique needs. The opportunity

ONE CARE has an opportunity for you to join our team as Director, Corporate Services. This role is pivotal in achieving our vision of "Quality health and wellbeing at home" demonstrating strategic leadership, visionary planning, collaborative management, passionate engagement, quality and compliance.

You will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team and will work closely with the Executive Director and the Director of Client Services to set direction, operational policies, and procedures to be responsive to the community's needs and enhance the organization's financial performance, infrastructure and risk management strategies. In this role, you will lead all aspects of corporate services for the organization.

The portfolio includes Finance and Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Facilities, and Procurement. In this position, you will offer direct leadership to senior managers while also supporting the teams in their development, planning and projects.

What's needed for the role?

• Ready to lead a passionate and dynamic team, fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to provide strategic direction based upon industry-leading best practices, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of corporate services.
• Five (5) years of related senior level experience. Bonus if these are in the non-profit, healthcare, or another related sector.
• University degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Management/Administration or other related area of study.
• CPA designation or equivalent experience/education preferred.
• Experience in Human Resources and/or designation considered an asset.
• Areas of strength include strategic planning/forward-thinking, compliance, fostering strong organizational relationships, leadership, innovation, adaptability and business acumen.
• A commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.

This is a hybrid position, with the office located in Stratford, Ontario. We offer the flexibility of remote work, while recognizing that on-site leadership presence is essential to fostering collaboration and innovation. Ideally, this includes being in the office at least one day per week.
