With the continued growth of our business, we are seeking to hire a "Packaging Operator" to join our Production team on the afternoon shift.

The position requires a person that (but not limited to):

  • Demonstrates attention to detail, ensuring quality product meets Work Order specifications.
  • Reports any non-conformances immediately to the Lead Hand or Supervisor.
  • Maintains a tidy/clean area for safe passage through assigned area during runs.
  • Ensures equipment is operating safely and properly.
  • Co-operates with co-workers and demonstrates a positive attitude.
  • Follows GMP and safety procedures.
  • Assist in other areas of Production when required.

NOTE: This position works with dusty powders; respirators and masks are provided for your safety.

Requirements:

  • Able to lift, up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to follow safety procedures.
  • Able to work within a powder environment (PPE provided).
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment considered an asset.

Shift: Monday to Friday - 2:15pm to 10:30pm

Rate: $18.45 per hour plus .50 per hour afternoon shift premium.

  • Coquitlam, BC V3K 6N9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
