Workday Analyst:

On behalf of our banking client, Procom is searching for a Workday Analyst for a 6-month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client's Toronto office.

Job Description:

This project involves reviewing hierarchy structures and modernizing the Workday platform. The role includes configuring business processes within Workday, particularly in the HCM, Compensation, and Security areas, to support new projects and business-as-usual activities.

Responsibilities:


• Responsible for intake of projects and major initiatives


• Document all business-owned artifacts required for projects and major initiatives


• Manage day-to-day operations process to ensure consistency and delivery according to established SLA


• Execute Business Acceptance Test (BAT) documentation and testing for projects and release maintenances


• Collaborate with Technology to ensure business and Data Governance requirements are met


• Provide feedback on requirements specifications and technical design documents


• Act as an escalation point for application and operation issues


• May provide project management support and act as a decision maker on projects

Mandatory Skills:


• Workday configuration experience


• Requirement elicitation experience and subject matter expertise


• Ability to provide solution options and stakeholder support


• Review technical deliverables for quality and redesign as needed


• Attention to detail

Nice-to-Have Skills:


• Workday certifications (e.g., HCM, Compensation, Security)


• Stakeholder management experience (IT / HR business owners)

Workday Analyst – Assignment Length:

This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion.

Assignment Location:

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in the office, increasing to 4 days.
