Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Lease Manager to oversee the lease operations of All Makes Leasing (a division of MacPhee Ford). The ideal candidate must have experience in Automotive Sales and preferably in the sphere of B2B Leasing. The Automotive Lease Manager will be responsible for generating business, sourcing vehicles, managing current lease contracts and growing the department with net additions to the active contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the leasing process for automotive contracts, including contract preparation, and renewals.
  • Handle legal administrative tasks related to lease agreements, contracts, and dispute resolution.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to promote leasing opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage lease expiration dates.
  • Supervise the administrative duties like insurance renewals, PAP authorizations and funding with our banking partner.

Skills

  • Previous Automotive sales experience is a requirement.
  • Understanding of credit reports for consumer and commercial clients
  • Prospecting and client retention skills are paramount to help with the Leasing Department growth.

Job Type: Full-time
