Once you've mastered the finance engine, you'll become the operational backbone of the department, empowering the Head of Finance to focus on high-level strategy while you own the core execution.

- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Produce monthly leadership and investor reporting, maintain forecasts and scenario models, and analyze revenue and headcount efficiency.
- Audit & Year-End: Lead the year-end close and audit preparation, liaising directly with external auditors to finalize financials.
- Team Support & Continuity: Support and manage the Finance Coordinator while acting as the senior finance lead during the Head of Finance's maternity leave.
